PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE
We offer a preventive maintenance program with annual or bi-annual inspections called ‘Roof Care’.
Our trained personnel will examine your roof and accessories for any damages, problems and/or defects to your roof system at pre-set intervals. All problems that are detected will be brought to the owner’s/manager’s attention along with a report with photos and a remedy for these issues.
The most important factors in a roof’s life cycle is to regularly inspect and perform all preventive maintenance that is needed. These key elements will help prolong your roof system and prevent premature roof replacements.
