EPDM
The EPDM rubber roof system has become the most economical product for construction leak-proof low-slope roofs, and its durability has been proven as we’ve applied it to over 35 million square feet over the past 30 years.
TPO
Thermoplastic Polyolefin is a durable membrane that is more pronounced in the southern United States due to its reflective properties to sunlight & UV rays. This roof system is energy efficient for cooling roofs off. This roof system is generally fully adhered or mechanically fastened over the substrate.
PVC
Polyvinyl Chloride membranes are lighter in color and very resistant to chemical damage. This type of roofing system is more commonly found in the southern half of the United States where the membrane’s reflective nature benefits the cooling of the building.
ROOF COATINGS
Many different formulations for roof coatings exist including acrylic, asphalt, polyurethane, and silicone. MJ Dalsin recommends SILICONE coating because of their longevity and overall performance. Coatings are a great way to improve the energy efficiency and watertightness of your building without paying for a roof replacement.
METAL
This is a concealed fastener roofing system commonly made from pre-finished 24-gauge metal panels. The metal has minimal exposed fasteners for water to seep in. Most joints & fasteners will have a sealant over them to prevent moisture from entering the roof system. Numerous colors are available to you based on your preference.
