MJ Dalsin Roofing Company has been a great Vendor to work with in coordinating roofing repairs to many of our commercial properties within our management portfolio. We couldn’t say ‘no’ to the free estimates offered and then when we were presented with the pricing for completing preventative maintenance, it was a no-brainer of a decision to schedule the work for all of the properties. We especially appreciated the time Jared Kuik and Todd “Reggie” Hammond took in meeting with us, visiting the properties, and presenting the information in a clear and user-friendly format. Even though our work was part of an overall schedule, Mr. Hammond always made it a point to make sure any properties that started exhibiting leaks/problems, that he put guys on the roof that same day or next. Before any work started, the Dalsin crew would notify the Tenants of the building and would also inform out Maintenance Supervisor of the same.
